very disappointing experience for a start to Las Vegas and PH hotel. furthermore, the bathtub is so dirty! disgusting. 60$ reduction per night was the best and only thing she can do. she gave us a 60$ reduction per night but it is our honeymoon trip and we traveled so far for this view. ask if there are available lounges or places which we can access to see a clear view, NOPE, none. there are other rooms but they all also have windows semi covered by the poster. if i had known and be made aware, i would have booked at other places! spoke to the manager on duty and she said ALL rooms have their windows blocked by this film/mesh thing which turn out to be a wallpaper/poster. Firstly, this wasn't stated in their website that windows would have the poster pasted outside. booked Fountain View, looking forward to a good view. Instead, there is this film/mesh thing over the window which ruins all the view in my opinion.
